PASTRY CHEF
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.
The Role
As Pastry Chef, you will work in a dynamic and creative kitchen environment where precision, flavour, and presentation are essential. You will be responsible for preparing and developing pastry creations while ensuring a smooth and well-organised service.
With a keen eye for detail and a true passion for patisserie, you will contribute to the consistent quality of our desserts and play an active role in developing new creations that continue to surprise and delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of new pastry and dessert creations.
Maintain the highest hygiene standards and an organised workstation in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
Assist the team during lunch service.
Manage inventory and ensure the timely replenishment of ingredients and pastry supplies.
Profile
Relevant training and experience in patisserie, or experience as a chef with a strong focus on desserts.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation.
A team-oriented professional who is also capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of HACCP standards and professional kitchen practices.
Schedule
Wednesday to Saturday.
